What is the project about?
The APF AGRICULTURAL INVESTMENT LTD. (founder of the VERDANT EUROPE Group) aims to combine the benefits of digital assets with those of real investments in agricultural land. The VERDANT EUROPE is a family-owned group primarily engaged in investments in agricultural land in the Czech Republic. We currently manage agricultural land with a total value exceeding CZK 400 million. Land purchases are conducted continuously based on predetermined parameters such as location, area, cadastral positioning, land quality, lease conditions, and other legal considerations. The long-term goal is to gradually consolidate land in each locality into whole blocks intended for agricultural use, in cooperation with tenants (farmers and agricultural companies).What can your token be used for?
Funds raised through the ICO (Initial Coin Offering) of the APFC token will be used in accordance with the long-term strategy of VERDANT EUROPE and will offer clients the opportunity to participate in specific projects in the future. Additionally, the APFC project may provide an alternative funding option for agricultural investors from other countries and continents.In 2024, the VERDANT EUROPE Group established a fund of qualified and professional investors based in Malta, which will directly invest in the purchase of the APFC token.
